Kick Fit
Our Kick-Fit program has been created to provide Taekwondo-based fitness training for our Adult Students. Kick-Fit creates a positive mindset to help you get the most out of your workout. High energy music motivates you as you warm up. Our instructors make you feel like you have your own personal trainer getting your heart rate up and burning major calories with loves of drills! Improve your core strength and tone every inch of your body as you finish with boot camp style calisthenics.
The program has been tailored to provide the benefits of Taekwondo including:

The routines and training techniques used in our Kick-fit Classes engage both mind and body. Classes are designed to be engaging, to ensure that students continue to enjoy their progression towards their fitness goals.
